The Alliance 12U Girls were at it again this past weekend. After a Championship win at the 2021 Women’s Beantown Classic this summer, the girls up’d their game competing at the Tier 1/AAA level at the Rush Inferno Tournament in Buffalo New York. The girls started the event with a tie vs Belle Tire in a tightly contested 1-1 game. Later that day, they took on the Buffalo Regals with a 5-0 win. On Saturday, November 6th, the girls took out MCYH with a 7-2 victory. The girls finished their weekend with a loss in the Semi-Final game to a tough CT Jr Rangers team 2-4.

Coach Shawn Ray was quoted, “The girls continue to surprise us and the rest of the country with their skill and smiles. We are 100% committed to developing our 10U & 12U teams allowing for the program to compete for years to come.” Next Stop CCM Chicago.

In other news, the 10U tournament team was joined by girls from the surrounding Palm Beach Area that love girls hockey for a practice and pizza day at PB Skate Zone. A shout out to Ryan Grand for organizing the event and all the local efforts to promote girls hockey.
