
Coach Pat brings a wealth of playing experience, knowledge, and passion for development to the FL Alliance Girls Hockey program. He joined the staff back in 2020 and has been an instrumental part of the program ever since.
A native of Montreal, Canada, Coach Moreau played all of his youth hockey in one of the most competitive hockey environments in the world. His talent and work ethic earned him selection into the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), where he continued to develop at one of the highest levels of junior hockey in North America. Following his time in the QMJHL, Coach Moreau went on to compete in the Western Hockey League (WHL) before concluding his playing career.
Following his playing days, Coach Moreau transitioned into coaching in 2000, beginning what has become a long and respected coaching career. Over the past two decades, he has coached at multiple levels of youth hockey, gaining experience in player development, team building, and competitive programming.
Throughout his coaching career, he has remained deeply committed to the long-term development of players, focusing not only on skill development, but also on hockey IQ, work ethic, and character.
Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for teaching, Coach Moreau believes in building strong foundations that allow players to reach their full potential and prepare for the next level of competition.
His experience as a high-level player, combined with over two decades of coaching, makes him a valuable asset to the FL Alliance program and an impact mentor for young athletes striving to compete at elite levels of the game.
