Code of Conduct(Required)

I am aware that there is a zero tolerance policy for alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, theft, damage to room, damage to property. Any problems can include dismissal from the tournament and expulsion from the program forfeiting any refunds.

Curfew Policy(Required)

I am aware that there is a zero tolerence policy for any player leaving the team room after curfew. Any problems can include dismissal from the tournament and expulsion from the program forfeiting any refunds.

Room Request Policy(Required)

All room requests MUST be submitted 24hrs prior to the Room block expiring. We will take the number of players staying at an event divided by the anticipated cost of the room(s) to determine each players cost. For example, if 7 players need a team room, this would be 2 rooms. We would take the cost of the 2 rooms divided by 7 players. An invoice will be sent out prior to the event and payment must be received 3 days before departure to be included for that event.
